See you for vinterjazz at RMC

Three Thursdays in February RMC is hosting free concert evenings as part of the nationwide Vinterjazz festival.

In February, Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) celebrates that the shutdown during this winter has gradually been translated into an opening with few restrictions. Restrictions which allow us to invite you to a blast of a three day festival with some of tomorrow's sparkling jazz stars in the most amazing surroundings in the beautiful concert hall Akvariet overlooking the dark water of Erdkehlgraven.

As part of the nationwide Vinterjazz festival, RMC Vinterjazz opens the doors to the experiments that take place below the surface of the educational institution. Copenhagen's music audience will therefore have a unique opportunity to hear what is happening among the country's foremost instrumentalists and composers.

One of the highlights will undoubtedly be the international RMC Mega-Ensemble, which is a collective consisting primarily of foreign students from the conservatory, who perform each other's compositions and have jointly arranged them for the spectacular ensemble consisting of Gintė Preisaitė, Luka Zabric, Alex Ventling, Michaela Turcerová, Sebastians Macats, Darius Heid, Simon Planke, Lorenzo Colocci, Mark Ibsgaard Gregersen and PJ Fossum.

The concert evenings are free of charge and take place on the three Thursdays 3, 10 and 24 February. Doors open half an hour before the first concert starts, you can see the full program below.
