The accreditation report (in Danish, pdf)

The Danish accreditation system helps create a more coherent and transparent education market in Denmark for the benefit of students, the labour market and education institutions. The institutional accreditation gives education institutions the responsibility and freedom to set up a system of their own that ensures quality and relevance of their programmes. A positive institutional accreditation means that the institution can make adjustments to existing study programmes and local provisions of study programmes as well as establish new study programmes and new local provision of study programmes when they have been pre-qualified and approved.

The Danish accreditation system was established in 2007. With the Accreditation Act of 2013, the system gradually switched from accreditation of individual programmes to accreditation of entire education institutions. The accreditation is valid for six years before the institution must undergo a re-accreditation.

Quality system

Rhythmic Music Conservatory's quality system must, through a coordinated and management-based effort, contribute to realizing RMC's mission, vision and strategy by ensuring and developing the quality and relevance of the programmes offered.

In order to ensure and develop the quality, RMC conducts ongoing supervision of key areas of the programmes and conditions that may affect these.

The work is described in Danish in 'Kvalitetssystemet på RMC. Politik, organisering og indsatsområder' ("The quality system at RMC. Politics and organization”) from December 2019, which describes objectives, tasks, action plans and responsibilities within a number of focus areas.

The quality system is only available in Danish, but the poster 'How we work with quality at RMC' gives an general overview of the system in English.
