This project is an educational development project with distinct artistic dimensions.

From an educational perspective intentions where to develop a series of small rhythmic cello exercises for classically trained cellists. emphasizing musical parameters such as groove and phrasing.

From an artistic point of view intentions where to produce a composition for cello quartet.

Generally aims are to bridge classical, notated music traditions with rhythmic (popular music) musical characteristics of groove.
