Project

Current learning environments and teaching practices in RMC’s Bachelor programmes

By Torben Westergaard (former employee)

The project discusses the experience of two music teachers of specific types of teaching and learning environments at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory. The discussion draws upon the didactic theory of Klafki and the learning theory perspectives of Jarvis & Mezirow, and highlights, inter alia, the central importance of the teacher's professional skills, while identifying a number of potentials for a systematisation of the reflective work on learning processes.
