1. Examination in artistic development (Music Performance, EUJAM applicants only)
Enclosed with your written application you must submit project material consisting of: - Digital documentation (10-15 minutes) of music, representing a musical project of which the applicant has been totally/mainly responsible.
- Format: Sound (16-bit Audio-CD); Picture (DVD playable format (Pal).
- Written project report containing:
- Title/subject
- Justification of the chosen project
- Statement of the artistic considerations in relation to the project
- Statement of the professional considerations in relation to the project
- Evaluation of the project, hereunder:
- Evaluation of the learning experience of the project, regarding project process as well as artistic outcome
- Reflection on further development perspectives, derived from the project
Written report 3 standard pages (2100 type units per page) in Scandinavian or in English (applicant´s choice). Format: Word or pdf.
At the examination, the applicant will give a brief presentation of the project, followed by a short interview about the project with the examination panel.
Duration 15 minutes, hereof applicant´s presentation 5 minutes.
The applicant´s artistic development skills will be considered in the assessment.
Please note: The EUJAM-examination is a slightly extended version of the MP-examination. Applicants that qualify by the EUJAM-examination will also be qualified for the MP master programme.
2. Extended interview (Music Performance, EUJAM applicants only)
Enclosed with your application, the applicant must submit a written statement, giving the applicant´s motivation for entering the programme. The application must be in English. Format: Word or pdf.
The extended interview with the examination panel will focus on the applicant’s motivation for entering the programme as stated in the written application. The interview will be conducted in English only.
Duration 10 minutes.
