Application for the entrance examination

Applicants must submit their application through the coordinated website of the Danish Academies of Music: www.musikuddannelser.dk. The website is open for applications at least 2 months before the application deadline.

Application deadline

The application deadline for the Advanced Postgraduate Diploma programmes at RMC is 1 December at 12:00 noon. If 1 December falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next following weekday at 12:00 noon.

Application fee

If you apply for the APD programme, you must pay an application fee of DKK 350. The fee goes towards partial coverage of expenses in connection with the audition, and is non-refundable.

The conservatory will not cover any services charges or similar expenses incurred on your part in connection with transferring the payable fee from your bank or post office. Such additional expenses are on your own account. It is therefore important that you ensure that the conservatory receives the full fee of DKK 350.

When you send/submit your application, please remember to enclose a copy of your receipt for the payment. The receipt must include your name and the text: “Audition + [name of the programme you are applying for]”.
